      • Oakland A’s 50th Anniversary Event for 1973 ‘23 w/ Santa Clara club TBD
      • Winchester Mystery House
      • Rosie the Riveter Museum
      • Danville Car Show/s
      • Jelly Belly Factory Tour
      • Peterson Auto Museum – is there enough club interest for a 3 night trip
    • Better communication between the event coordinator and Nick
    • Nick to sent event email communication to the club
  • Board Position Changes
    • Jean Riley needs to pass the following responsibilities on
      • What’s New in BirdLand Newsletter Editor
      • CTCI Rep – Monthly Activity write-ups for the EarlyBird
  • Histrorian
    • Disposal of the archives that have been digitized
  • Need to get more people evolved with the board and operation in the club
  • New members
    • New CTCI prospective member package & flyer
    • Let’s create a BATOC new member package
  • Regular email communication in advance for meetings and events
  • For new members reminder phone calls for upcoming meeting for the first several months of membership
  • BATOC ‘65 Anniversary – June 4th
    • 2 or 3 day event
      • 1st or 2nd weekend in June
    • Need to finalize the plans by the end of Feb
    • Ford / dealership participation
    • Other Ford clubs participation
    • Venue: Specialty Car Sales, Fairfield

      • Local Driving Tour
    • Needs to be scaled back as compared with the 50th
  • More activities / involvement during the drive to an event; such as Roadside Jeopardy
  • Increase use of CB Radios
  • Membership Chairman / Committee
  • Occasional non-car social trips for the people that are unable to drive their cars any distance
  • Tech session that is focused on better car cooling and drivability
