YOU ARE A WELCOME GUEST TO OUR CLUB SITE!
BATOC is America's original Thunderbird club and is dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of the two-seater Thunderbirds which were built between 1955-1957 as well as the newer 50th anniversary two-seaters built between 2002 and 2005 ...... The favorite car of several generations.
We currently have approximately 80 members from all around the Bay Area and Northern California who stay in touch about all things Thunderbird through our bi-monthly meetings, monthly outings and our monthly Newsletter "What's New In Birdland".
We embark on monthly outings to scenic and interesting places around the Bay Area and Northern California and even take the occasional overnight trip to places like the Gold Country, Wine Country and the Monterey Peninsula. And, of course, we caravan in our fabulous cars.
Although we are primarily about the two-seater Thunderbirds, we are however first and foremost a social car club so even if you don't have a two-seater we'd still love to have you as an associate member.
We are also here to share our knowledge and experience with our fellow members and to help each other enjoy our cars to their fullest. Many of our members have restored their cars from the ground up and are eager to offer advice and help at anytime. This is, of course, a big part of any car club but while we do talk cars from time to time, our club really is social in nature.
